Thanks to You for 2007!

As part of our preparations for 2008 and beyond, we are putting a significant effort into looking back for a moment… looking back especially at the year that’s just passed. There are many things we can learn from the past year. One of them we know already is the importance of saying “thank you” to all the people who’ve contributed time, talent and treasure to the experience this most recent class of Madison Scouts have had. We all know this includes a lot of great people. And we have to start somewhere. So, with that in mind, let’s begin giving many thanks to Corey Smith. You may see this in other formats, but here’s the essence.Thank You to Corey SmithThe Madison Scouts members, staff, Board and volunteers thank Corey Smith for his generous contributions during the 2007 season. At an extremely critical time for the corps, Corey agreed to take a four-month leave of absence from his job in Memphis to serve as the corps' Tour Director. His contributions to the safety and well-being of the members is unparalleled, and we sincerely appreciate his involvement during the tour of the 2007 Madison Scouts. Thank you, Corey. Safe travels. You’re always welcome wherever the Madison Scouts are found…..and May You Never Walk Alone! Individual thank you's can be sent to Corey at corey.scouts@gmail.com.
