Juliana Thint (21), of Jacksonville, FL, returns to the Madison Scouts for her second season as a member of the corps. She is currently a third-year Music Education major at Louisiana State University, where she performs with the Golden Band from Tigerland and was selected as one of two piccolo section leaders for the band. Prior to joining the Madison Scouts, she served as assistant drum major for the Raiders Drum and Bugle Corps during the 2024 season.

"I am excited and grateful to have the opportunity to return home to the Madison Scouts. This organization has given me so much, and I'm thrilled to be able to give back to the corps that has given me such a special family. Being a Madison Scout has been my lifelong dream, and to march alongside such amazing individuals is everything I have wanted and more. I'm ready to push the boundaries of what we're capable of together, and I'm so thankful that I get to experience all the amazing things that are in store this season. Special shoutout to all my mentors, peers, and friends, as I would not be here without you," said Thint.

Tyler Wold

Tyler Wold (18), of Marietta, GA, returns to the Madison Scouts for his second season with the corps. Prior to drum corps, Tyler marched saxophone and served as a drum major at Pope High School, where he also managed and conducted his own orchestra during his senior year. He is currently a first-year student at Georgia Institute of Technology, studying Arts, Entertainment, and Creative Technologies. At Georgia Tech, Tyler performs with the Symphonic Band.

“I'm thrilled to be returning for my second year at the Madison Scouts. Last season was the most challenging yet most rewarding summer of my life, and I cannot wait to experience that again. I learned so much from my first season of drum corps, and I'm ready to use that newfound knowledge to improve the organization and better the experience for those who are a part of it," said Wold.

Sarah Garbe

Sarah Garbe (17), of Cedar Rapids, IA, returns to the Madison Scouts for her second season with the corps. She is currently a senior at Xavier High School and plans to pursue a degree in Music Education. Sarah previously marched baritone with the Colt Cadets during the 2023 season and with the Madison Scouts in 2024. In addition to her drum corps experience, she performs on euphonium, trombone, and tuba in her school’s various ensembles.

“I'm honored to serve this organization in a different capacity this season. Madison Scouts truly is a special place to call home. I hope to help this program and all the members in it to succeed both on and off the field. Being asked to be a drum major this season has been an incredible honor and I cannot wait to work with this group of talented individuals," said Garbe.

Silas Tropea-Lester

Silas Tropea-Lester (17), of Santa Monica, CA, joins the Madison Scouts as a first-year member of the corps. He is currently a senior at Santa Monica High School, where he spent four years in the marching band, including two seasons as a drum major. Silas performs on saxophone in his school’s Wind Ensemble and Jazz Band, and on oboe and English horn in the Symphony Orchestra. He plans to study Physics in college while minoring in Music. Outside of music, Silas enjoys watching sports, playing chess, and composing.

“I’m thrilled to join the Madison Scouts in my first year of drum corps. Ever since I developed a passion for the marching arts and got the chance to see the Madison Scouts perform, I’ve admired this organization. It’s an honor to now be a part of this group. I can’t wait to experience the world of DCI and help motivate, encourage, and lead others as a drum major. I’m extremely grateful to be able to work with such amazing people and to call myself a Scout," said Tropea-Lester.
