However, there's still much work to be done before we go into the off-season. If you can spare a few hours on Sunday before returning home, we would appreciate your help. BUT EXPECT TO WORK! We need to get our equipment loaded and stored, the Brown School facility cleaned, the uniforms laundered and stored, the fleet vehicles cleaned/winterized and more. No, it's not fun, but it's important work to help get us prepared for the November auditions. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Show up and we will put you to work!VIP CARDHOLDERSFor those who donated at the $250 level and above, you have likely been provided a Scouts VIP lanyard giving you complimentary access to events and discounts. Almost all of these have been distributed. However, because of some supply issues, not everyone received one. Do not worry as both the merchandise booth and BBQ folks have a full list of those who should receive the VIP privileges.
