Stu Shade (contra, 1976 & '06), now living in Fishers, Indiana, got to spend some time with the corps on-the-road in Indianapolis over the weekend. Here's his brief report."Stayed with the Scouts at Indy through practice, warm-up and watched from field level. Best 15th place corps I've ever seen. The best part of the day was parking lot warm-up. Those guys could play with anyone in the 6-10th range. They are now up to 12 contras and a full horn line. Best high of the night was hearing them play "Funeral for a Friend" for power warm-up. If you haven't heard it, skip the show and listen, what a rush!!!"Thanks, Stu.
