The Madison Scouts have a 100-year tradition as a performing arts and youth development organization. Candidates who exhibit excellence in their approach to teaching, administration, or design are encouraged to apply for a staff position. Our open application process provides candidates an opportunity to be evaluated on their merits, experience, and enthusiasm. All applications are vetted by program staff, and top applicants will be invited to participate in an interview process where we can learn more about your skills and desire to join the Madison Scouts team.
