Peter Inglett currently resides in Athens, Alabama, where he is a physical education teacher at Elkmont Elementary School. Peter attended Jacksonville State University to study exercise science and physical education. While attending JSU, he worked as a graduate assistant for the Marching Southerners and staff for JSU Center Stage Performance Ensemble. Peter has also spent time as a personal trainer and is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association.
Peter’s drum corps career began in 2003 with Southwind Drum and Bugle Corps, where he spent five seasons as a member of the baritone section. In 2008, for their championship season, he marched in the euphonium section of the Phantom Regiment Drum and Bugle Corps. Peter teaches, designs, and consults with several marching bands and indoor programs and currently works with Sparkman Indoor Percussion, Athens Winds, Audio Theater, and Visual Theater. Peter has previously served on the visual staff with the Colts, Cadets, Spirit of Atlanta, and Crossmen Drum and Bugle Corps.
