Blake Daughtrey brings a wealth of experience and excitement to his role as Visual Caption Supervisor for the Madison Scouts. Currently serving as the General Manager at Highland Brewing Company in Ashland, NC, Blake has spent years cultuvating organizatinoal leadership in a range of applications.
His drum corps journey began with Carolina Crown (2005-10) as a mellophone and drum major performer. Blake joined the Madison Scouts visual staff in 2012, and served as Caption Head from 2013-16. He later led the visual program at Crossmen from 2017-20. During this time, Blake was a full-time designer and choreographer.
Now returning to the Madison Scouts, Blake is excited to bring his experience, energy, and deep-rooted passion back to the corps. His leadership style emphasizes clarity, consistency, and a commitment to excellence -- values that align perfectly with the Scouts' mission.
